Ginny Flett notes (April 6, 2018) "The original Ogima was wood. She was scuttled at Orient Bay July 1956. I had my first ride on the Ogima ll on July 21, 1956 coincidently it was my baby brother's first boat ride he was only one week old. We went from Orient Bay to join my father at Virgin Falls." Ginny Flett comments: The Ogima 2 was launched at Orient Bay Abitibi Marine Base exactly 65 years ago. The operator's name was Art Roussel, my youngest brother, myself and mother went to Virgin Falls on July 21 when my brother was only 1 week old to joint my father and brothers at the camp there.
