This small workboat was built in 1955 by Russel Brothers Limited as the S.L.S.A. Cornwall for the St. Lawrence Seaway Authority. The S.L.S.A. was later renamed as the St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation, and the S.L.S.A. Cornwall was renamed S/VM Cornwall in response. She remains active for the SLSMC.
